Note: As I say every year, this is just a projection. It's pretty much everyone's best Saratoga State Park times and some adjustments where I felt it was needed. I have no knowledge of runners that are out injured so I included just about everyone that has run but I have left out some runners that have been out for multiple weeks.

Girls: Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D

Girls Class A - 12:30pm

What to looks for: Saratoga Springs is the current #1 team in the country and have the top six runners in Class A which make them the huge favorites to take the title. Bethlehem, who has been ranked third in the state for most of the season, should hold off Shenenedhowa and Shaker for second place...Saratoga's Emily Bush comes in with the top time after her win at Suburban's last week and looks to be the favorite over team mates Alycia Hart and Ella Kurto.

Girls Class B - 11:00am

What to looks for: Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake have three of the top seven times coming in along with the best depth which makes them a solid favorite to win their seventh straight Class B title. Scotia-Glenville and Mohonasen should battle it out for second. Mohonasen edged out Scotia-Glenville by the sixth person tiebreaker at the Burnt Hills Invitational but Scotia-Glenville gets the slight edge on the numbers...Individually it should be a tough race between Burnt Hills' Mia Paolino and Mohonasen's Rachel Miller. Paolino is only a little over a seconf ahead of Miller so it should be a great race.

Girls Class C - 11:30am

What to looks for: Voorheesville comes in as the third ranked Class C team in the state and with their impressive depth is the big favorite to win their first sectional title since 2009. Broadalbin-Perth looks to be in the lead for second as they have better depth than the rest of the teams. Greenwich needs a big race from their fifth runner if they want to challenge.  Coxsackie-Athens is kind of a question mark. They won the Patroon Conference but I have very little data on them... Individually should be a good race between Voorheesville's Mariem Sayahi and Albany Academy's Erin Boler. Sayahi has won over Boler at Burnt Hills and Colonial Council's and is the slight favorite. Greenwich's Nine Sgambelluri could be a spoiler with a good race but she didn't run at Wasaren's.

Girls Class D - 12:00pm

What to looks for: Berlin/New Lebanon has three runners in the top ten and with the best depth coming in which makes them the favorite to defend their sectionals title. Second place looks to a be a total toss up as seven teams are within thirty points of each other with Hoosic Valley getting the slight edge with their top two leading the way. Three WAC teams look to be right behind them...Individually is a real head scratcher. Fort Plain/Canajoharie's Olivia Schaffer comes in with the top time but Hoosic Valley's duo of Sophia Squires and Lily Czub both beat her at Burnt Hills with Saratoga's Catholic's Katie Cronin right in the mix with them. So the times favor Schaffer for the win but my gut goes with Squires. Should be a very competitve race.
