Argyle/Fort Edward
2025 Sectional Place: No Team
Top Returnees: none

Team Outlook: Lose two out of their top seven from last year, including their number one, but return everyone else. Potts moves into the top spot and was in the mid 18's last year. Maynehan is their number tow and was more than a minute behind in the gigh 19's. Big drop off after their top two as their next three are three minutes behind in the mid 21 minute range last year. Should battle it out for second but will have to really imrpove their third through fif th runners to compete with Lake George for the top spoy in the league.
Granville/Hartford/Whitehall

Top Returnees: Logan Gondella-Sr., Ja-Daree Illige-So., Luke Wilson-So., Alvin Zheng-So., Tanner Morgan-Fr.
Key Losses: Parker Corwall, Cooper Smith, Ronin Gosselin, Brett Stewart
Team Outlook: Hit hard by graduation as they lose their top four to graduation. Gondella looks to be their top runner and was just under 22 minutes ;ast year. Rest of the team were all over 23 minutes so they'll have to rebuild and improve to move up in the league.

West is their thrid and was in the mid 20's. Moynehan and Malave-Chiccone should be their fourth and fif th are were in the low to mid 21 minute range. Team looks to be the team to beat but will still want their fourth and fifth need to close the gap to thei top three.

Connelly is their third runner and i about a minute back in the mid 20's. Fourth through sixth runners are more than two minutes back. If they can close the gap to their third runner then they'll have a good chance to move up in the league.

2024=5 Sectional Place: 12th place-Class D
Top Returnees: Kase Hensler-So., Isaiah Parrish-So., Ethan LaPraire-8th, Casriel Jacobson-Hunt-8th
